Accuracy Guarantee
Cada diseño se contrasta con fuentes publicadas. Si encuentras un error de física, corregiremos el diseño y te enviaremos gratis un reemplazo corregido.
What counts
A factual physics error in the design, or in its printed equation or label, as sold. That means a wrong sign, a wrong constant, a wrong formula or a mislabelled law.
How
Email info@pixelatedphysics.com with your order number, a photo, and a description of the error. A photo is required. We verify it, fix the design and send a free corrected replacement of the same item. No return is needed. One replacement per item.
The 21-day limit does not apply to physics-error claims.
Print defects are handled under our standard print-defect policy, not this guarantee.
