How do I place an order?
Browse our products, select your design and size, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, head to the checkout page and complete your order securely with your preferred payment method.
What is print-on-demand (POD)?
Print-on-demand means your item is created only after you order it. This process ensures reduced waste and more sustainable practices. Your design is printed, packed, and shipped by our trusted production partners.
Who are your production partners?
We work with Printify’s print partners. They handle printing, packaging, and shipping on our behalf, which lets us focus on design and customer experience.
How long does production take?
Every item is printed to order. Production takes 2–5 business days after you place your order.
How long does shipping take?
In the US, shipping is free on every order. Outside the US, it’s free on any order with a tee, a sticker sheet, or 4 or more single stickers; orders of only 1–3 single stickers ship for a flat $10.99.
Total time from order to delivery, in business days, with production included:
- United States: 4–10 business days
- Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO): 11–22 business days
- Canada: tees 4–10 business days, stickers 12–35 business days
- Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Poland and Sweden: tees 7–15 business days, stickers 12–35 business days
- Everywhere else we ship: 12–35 business days

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to most countries. Shipping is free on any international order with a tee, a sticker sheet, or 4 or more single stickers; orders of only 1–3 single stickers ship for a flat $10.99. We don’t currently ship to Africa, North Korea, Venezuela, Bolivia, Paraguay, Colombia, Ecuador, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine or the Palestinian Territories. If your country isn’t available at checkout, we can’t ship there yet.
Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged customs duties or import taxes by the destination country. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
What if my package is lost or doesn’t arrive?
First check the shipping address in your order confirmation email and ask your local post office, as parcels are sometimes held for pickup. If it still can’t be found, email us at info@pixelatedphysics.com with your order number. For US orders, and tees shipped to the nine EU countries listed above, email us if it hasn’t arrived 30 days after you ordered, and no later than 33 days after. For everything else, including stickers shipped outside the US, it’s 45 days, and no later than 48 days after. Some delivery estimates run close to or past these dates, so don’t wait for the end of yours: email us as soon as your estimate has passed or the 30- or 45-day mark is reached, whichever comes first, so we can still file a claim in time. If our print partner confirms the parcel was lost in transit, we’ll send a free replacement or a refund. How do I track my order?
When tracking is available for your order, we’ll email it to you. If you haven’t heard from us, check your spam folder or contact us at info@pixelatedphysics.com.
What’s your return and refund policy?
Every item is printed to order, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item has a print defect or a misprint, arrives damaged, or is the wrong item, email us within 21 days of delivery with a photo, and once we’ve confirmed the problem we’ll replace it or refund you — no need to send it back. How do I report a problem with my order?
Email info@pixelatedphysics.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item laid flat, with the design and the problem visible in one frame. If it arrived damaged, include a photo of the package too.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Google Pay. Payment is securely processed at checkout.
Is my information safe?
Checkout runs on Shopify over an encrypted (SSL) connection. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use your information.
Are your designs original?
Yes. All designs are original works by the Pixelated Physics team. We’re physics enthusiasts who turn complex ideas into wearable art.
How should I care for my items?
To preserve the quality of your printed design, we recommend machine-washing in cold water, inside-out, with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid ironing directly on the design.
What kind of shirts do you offer?
Our tees are unisex heavy cotton t-shirts, made for comfort, durability, and everyday wear.
Do you have size charts?
Yes. Every t-shirt page has a size chart; scroll down the product description to find it. If you’re between sizes, consider sizing up for a more relaxed fit. Because each item is printed to order, we can’t exchange for a different size, so please check the chart before ordering.
Do you sell stickers?
Yes. The Physicists Sticker Series features legendary scientists such as Newton, Curie, and Feynman, each in pixel art with a witty caption. They’re made for laptops, notebooks, water bottles, and anywhere else you want to show off your love of physics.
Do you have sticker bundles?
Yes. Mix and match any designs. In the US, 3 or 4 stickers are $5.25 each (3 for $15.75), and 5 or more are $4.20 each (5 for $21). The discount applies automatically in your cart, with no code needed. Only stickers count toward a bundle, and bundle discounts can’t be combined with other discounts. Outside the US, stickers are $6.99 each, and 5 or more are $6 each (5 for $30).
Prefer a set? The Physicists Sticker Sheet puts five characters (Newton, Curie, Tesla, Feynman and Hawking) on one sheet for $19.99, and any order with a sheet ships free, in the US and everywhere else we ship. The sheet isn’t part of the mix-and-match discount.
Why is there shipping on my sticker order?
Outside the US, single stickers ship from our print partner with their own postage, which costs more than the sticker itself. Orders of only 1–3 single stickers, with no tee or sticker sheet, pay a flat $10.99 shipping so we can keep stickers at $6.99. Add a 4th sticker, a sticker sheet or any tee and shipping is free. Every US order ships free.
Do you have a physical store or showroom?
No. Pixelated Physics is an online-only brand. This allows us to keep prices fair and focus on creating fresh, engaging designs.
Are your products ethically made?
Our production partners are committed to ethical manufacturing practices, including fair labor standards and eco-friendly processes whenever possible.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes. Our partners use minimal and recyclable packaging to reduce waste and environmental impact.
Can I get a receipt or invoice?
Yes. You’ll receive an order confirmation email with all details. If you need a formal invoice, email us at info@pixelatedphysics.com.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Email us at info@pixelatedphysics.com as soon as possible. We’ll try to help, but we can’t guarantee changes once production has started. Orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout aren’t covered by our Refund Policy.
